The number of air-strike victims raised to 20

On March 29th, Russian troops have committed another crime in Ukraine. Russian missile has targeted the building of Mykolaiv Regional Administration. It was not clear how many people died and how many were wounded.

After the 3 days of the rescue operation, it is still not clear how many civilians and administrative workers became victims of another act of genocide. The city emergency service reported at least 20 people died. This number may be higher as the rescue operation is still in progress...

This and other atrocities of the Russian forces will be investigated and serve as evidence of war crimes conducted by Putin's regime soldiers in Ukraine.
